BOLLINGER B4 PLATFORM

The DNA and driving force behind the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab is our Bollinger B4 Platform. It incorporates years of our obsessive electric truck development and countless hours of feedback from commercial customers looking to electrify their fleets in the best, most efficient way possible. The result is a highly configurable chassis base, upfittable to accommodate any fleet duty cycle, prioritizing efficiency, handling, comfort for fleet drivers, and the overall safety of humans in and around it. The B4 Platform will soon be available in a stripped-chassis variant for bus, shuttle, and walk-in applications.

> READY FOR YOUR UNIQUE UPFIT NEEDS

> BUILD THE TRUCKS YOU NEED. NO MORE, NO LESS.

All of our platforms are based on a singular vision to be cost-effective, dependable and safe. By developing Classes 4 through 6 simultaneously, we've created an expandable base platform that features variable size battery packs, drivetrains and wheelbases for fleets across the globe to create exactly the trucks they need.

> PRECIOUS CARGO

The safety of your employees, your customers, and the general public rank among the highest in how we've designed and support your fleet trucks. To us, the humans are the primary precious cargo. Without humans, there's not much for an electric truck company to do. We've prioritized the safety features that today's trucks need beyond what our customers have requested. Here are some B4 commercial truck safety standard features:

> Rear cameras
> 360 sensor warnings
> Pedestrian warnings
> Automated emergency braking
> Blind spot warning
> Lane departure warning
> Lane centering
> Adaptive cruise control
> All components inside steel frame rails

> INCREASED CARGO SPACE OVER CONVENTIONAL CABS

Our new cab-forward position accommodates massive additional cargo space behind the driver that conventional cabs do not. In addition, with all EV drivetrain components being below the floor, this cab-forward design also offers the safety of greater forward visibility for the driver.

> ONE OR TWO BATTERY PACK OPTIONS

Bollinger Motors is working with a world class battery manufacturer to provide an unwavering standard in reliability. High-voltage components will operate on an 800-volt platform, with batteries consisting of LFP (lithium iron phosphate) chemistry, which ensures safety and reduces costs. We have developed and rigorously tested a system that allows fleets to choose either one, two, or three battery packs based on their duty cycle needs. No excess, no deficiency. If your daily run is 100 miles, one battery is all you need. If your daily run is closer to 200 miles or you need to run other equipment throughout the day, you can configure a two or three battery set up. Same truck, multiple duty cycle capabilities.

> DESIGNED, ENGINEERED, & ASSEMBLED IN MICHIGAN

We are proud to be based in the Detroit area, right in the heart of the automotive industry. Our team is made up of world class engineers and tier 1 suppliers committed to delivering the best commercial platforms on the market. By keeping design, engineering and assembly here in the U.S.A., our overall cost of operation will be significantly lower, while ensuring quality. We pass these benefits along to our customers. Both economically and environmentally, aiming to have as small a carbon footprint as possible, our goal is to source as many components and materials locally as possible, and to assemble our trucks right here in the Midwest.
