Digital Marketing / SEO intern / entry level 

  • Analyze and optimize SEO and website traffic and page rank.
  • Create weekly reports using Google Analytics for all digital platforms.
  • Weekly management of keywords, audience, budget and placement for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Youtube.
  • Drive all online traffic to website to reserve trucks.
  • Schedule, post and optimize all digital advertising campaigns and posts.
  • Weekly website content updates & Design strategies for Search Engine Optimization SEO
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar, schedule future posts, track past post data.
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or Business with a concentration in Digital Marketing or Advertising
  • Must be organized, solution-oriented and eager to be immersed in current digital advertising platforms in the fast-moving environment of a forward-thinking, start-up company
  • Must be a social media manager not limited to only social media posting
  • Knowledge of the back end of social media marketing
  • Be familiar with the management and analytics tools

CAE Engineer

  • Utilize CAE / CFD techniques with component, system and full vehicle models to assess performance in Durability, Stiffness, Strength, Thermal, and Flow attributes
  • Optimize mass for vehicle systems including BIW, Closures, Powertrain, and Chassis
  • Build and maintain the vehicle / system mesh models
  • Post process analysis results and make design recommendations to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Support component, sub-systems, and vehicle testing to correlate CAE models
  • Collaborate with suppliers / test vendors to improve the material database and accuracy
    of CAE models
  • Interpret CAE results to design engineers and suggest feasible design changes
  • Participate in design review and guide DREs and suppliers to optimum structure design
    using lightweight materials
  • Cooperate with design engineers and suppliers to collect pertinent material properties,
    connection information, and relevant CAE modeling
  • Participate in meshing and connecting parts based on the team requirements
  • Participate in developing analysis procedure for durability load cases
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Material Science / Engineering or Physics
  • 8+ years of CAE durability analysis experience in automotive industry
  • Broad knowledge of all CAE analysis tools / techniques to support full vehicle development
  • Highly skilled in hands-on CAE model development using Altair product suite
  • Expert in linear / non-linear FE solvers such as NASTRAN / Optistruct / ABAQUS / LS-Dyna
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics, materials, and material characterization
  • Practical experience in fatigue calculation tools such as Hyperlife / nCode / FeSafe
  • Random Vibration analysis experience preferred
  • Structural Optimization experience in Topology / Size / Shape Optimization using
    Optistruct / Genesis
  • Experience with crash worthiness analysis and optimization
  • Experience in durability test planning for vehicle level tests such as 4-poster / RLDA a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver analysis results in a tight schedule
  • Support other activities when required, such as FEA to empirical correlation studies, material data card development, carrying out engineering design changes 
  • Experience with Aluminum structures in at least one product development lifecycle is preferred
  • Experience with Battery structures in at least one product development lifecycle is preferred
  • Experience of other vehicle system durability assessment is a plus
  • Experience of preparing formal reports summarizing CAE results

Quality Engineer

  • Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Develop and implement quality standards, activities, and training
  • Perform supplier procedure and process audits
  • Perform review and disposition of supplier PPAP process
  • Act as liaison between customer and suppliers regarding quality concerns and non-conformances
  • Support evaluation of product validation of new / potential suppliers
  • Track supplier quality performance measurements (i.e. scorecards) for suppliers and lead monthly site supplier visits
  • Monitor supplier quality and identify potentially non-conforming parts and resolve quality concerns
  • Lead problem solving, failure analysis, corrective & preventative action activities with suppliers
  • Promote a culture of structured problem solving within the quality and operations teams
  • Function as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues and provide technical support
  • Develop and deploy incoming receiving inspection plans
  • Define customer contract flow-down requirements to suppliers and perform periodic audits
    of suppliers’ conformance to requirement documents
  • Develop and generate statistical reports for inspection activities and results
  • Consider financial impacts of supplier nonconformance to the operations and provides data
    to support recovery activities
  • Work to actively deploy supplier quality procedures, processes and work instructions
  • Lead process and procedure reviews with cross functional team members as needed
  • Work independently to provide technical training and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and inspectors
  • Expert knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP and 8D
  • Track review and critique suppliers process documentation (APQP, PFMEAs, 8Ds) and ensure proper compliance
  • Experience with ISO 26262 preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ISO standards, statistics, Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to understand automotive specifications and to read blueprints with GD&T background
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and writing skills
  • Working knowledge of lean / six sigma methodology; green / black belt certification preferred
  • ASQ American Society of Quality engineer certification

Powertrain Controls Engineer

  • Lead the powertrain controls software development team
  • Design and build the powertrain controls software
  • Design and test powertrain controls algorithms
  • Design, build, and test controls related verification solutions
  • Assist in the development and execution of a vehicle level controls test plan
  • Assist in the selection of powertrain system components
  • Define, implement, and validate all relevant on-vehicle communication interfaces
  • Implement and validate power flow interfaces between vehicle and off-vehicle equipment
  • Troubleshoot powertrain controls issues throughout the duration of testing and production
  • Support the growth of the controls team by assisting in selection of talent, tools, and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed work environment
  • 2+ years of experience working on powertrain control software design and integration
  • Experience with in-vehicle software development and testing
  • Experience with model-based software design in Simulink
  • Experience with powertrain performance modeling and simulation

  • Knowledge of and experience with version control software (GIT, SVN, etc…)

Vehicle Controls Engineer

  • Lead the vehicle controls software development team 
  • Design and build the vehicle controls software architecture from the ground up 
  • Design and test vehicle controls algorithms 
  • Design, build, and test component and sub-system test fixtures 
  • Design and implement a vehicle controls test plan 
  • Assist in the selection of vehicle controllers 
  • Work with suppliers to define and implement communication interfaces 
  • Define the vehicle networking architecture 
  • Troubleshoot vehicle controls issues throughout the duration of testing and production 
  • Grow the vehicle controls and dynamics group as the company grows
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or related field

Thermal Engineer

  • Fully develop new design concepts from idea to implementation on vehicle  
  • Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices to assigned tasks in the design, development, analysis and release of products and subsystems 
  • Verify design using analysis and or functional testing, interpret results, drive decisions, and assess risk 
  • Responsible for accuracy of detail drawings directly or as collaboration with designers 
  • Identify and assess possible suppliers for production of products 
  • Support vehicle prototype builds as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required 
  • 5+ years relevant direct automotive work experience required  
  • 2+ years working experience with EV technology 
  • Work closely with other EV systems team and understand fundamentals of EV thermal, battery, powertrain and charging requirements 
  • Substantial background in designing complex parts required 
  • Working knowledge of Solidworks and Solidworks Simulation tools 
  • GD&T, dimensional tolerance stack-ups and experience with engineering standards required 
  • Ability to contribute in all vehicle systems by using knowledge in thermal, materials, and hydraulic disciplines required 
  • Experience in specific systems such as Sub System and Complete Vehicle Thermal, HVAC, Heating and Cooling Battery Pack, Charging preferred
