After a childhood of drawing cars and thinking of his own car company, Robert Bollinger attended Carnegie Mellon and earned a degree in Industrial Design. After decades of working in advertising in New York City, Robert helped successfully grow and sell an organic cosmetic company, which gave him the funds to start his childhood dream. In 2015, Robert Bollinger founded Bollinger Motors in upstate NY and designed the first all-electric SUV, the Bollinger B1. He developed the brand, the truck design,and grew a team of engineers to build all-electric trucks for both the consumer and commercial markets.Now based in Detroit, the company continues to grow, focusing primarily on Class 3-6 all-electric commercial platforms.

Kent, our Chief Product Officer, leads our engineering & program management teams and brings over 30 years of product development experience in automotive and truck products after retiring from Ford Motor Company. Kent started his career as a test engineer in Product Development and after completing his MBA, worked in managerial positions of increasing responsibility in Vehicle Development. During his last fifteen years at Ford, he led product teams as Chief Platform Engineer on multiple commercial vehicles and truck programs including the Ford F-650/750, the Ford Transit and the Ford Expedition. Kent has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Bryan Chambers, our Chief Operating Officer has over 38 years in the automotive and specialty products industries and has worn many hats. At Bollinger Motors he oversees Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing teams. He started his career as a draftsman while studying Mechanical Engineering at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Bryan then became a model maker at Bendix for air bags and rapidly progressed in his career to launch a safety restraints plant. He then moved to MSX International, where he became head of Plant Operations and led vehicle builds for many niche vehicles programs including the Dodge Viper, various Disney rides, restoring the Rosa Parks bus, engineering and launch of the GM C/K pickup truck line in Brazil, as well as multiple pilot builds for OEMs. Bryan was the Director of Operations for Saleen and supported their conversion of the Ford Mustang and building the Ford GT sports cars. He started AAT, a prototype engineering and assembly company, which was later acquired by Penske. Bryan served as a consultant to multiple Tier-I suppliers and EV startups before joining Bollinger Motors in 2018.

Siva Kumar, our Chief Financial Officer, has over 33 years of experience in automotive and commercial vehicles. Siva leads our Finance, HR, and IT teams with a strong focus on fund raising, Treasury & Investor Relations, as well as Business Strategy. Siva started his career as an engineer in Product Development developing luxury cars for Lincoln and Jaguar brands at Ford. After completing his MBA, he worked in Finance and Treasury at Tenneco, Ford and Meritor. While at Meritor, he held senior management roles in Product Strategy and Finance as well as P&L leadership roles building new businesses in India and China. He was one of the key architects of Meritor's electrification strategy, particularly electric axles for medium duty trucks and buses. Siva has a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology in India, a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
